The Cybertonic Spree rolled into the Greater Austin Comic Con last weekend and, as Wesley Willis would say, "The rock 'n' roll was perfect, The show was whupping a horse's ass"!

For those unfamiliar with The Cybertronic Spree they are “rock stars in disguise” from Cybertron (by way of Cananda). The band has been rockin' songs from the 1986 The Transformers: The Movie soundtrack, along with our favorite cartoon theme songs, since 2013. They are also doing their own original music which will be included in their upcoming album that was funded on Kickstarter earlier this month. The album should be available this August for all who pledged.

The Greater Austin Comic Con brought the band to Texas, last weekend, to rock the Lone Star State for two amazing nights! My friend Daniel and I were fortunate enough to see the Cybertronic Spree perform on the Friday Preview Night show. The event included a copy of Issue 6 of the Transformers comic, by IDW, featuring an exclusive Cybertronic Spree cover and a Meet & Greet with the band afterwards.

Below are photos from the concert and some of the merchandise we picked up as well. Stay tuned, to our YouTube channel, for some videos of their amazing performance as well.
